„Bettran“ SD is one of the largest manufacturers of ready-mix-concrete, sand and crushed stone fractions in Haskovo region. The company has modern production concrete center, stone and sand quarry, a large fleet of construction and specialized equipment.
„Bettran“ performs a variety of construction services and is a reliable partner in the construction field. Product quality is at the European level, the company is certified by BDS EN ISO – 9001:2001.
More than 70 employees are employed at Bettran AD. Bettran AD is the successor in the Mechanization and Motor Transport division of the state company Marsa – Haskovo, established by Decision N 78/89 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria. Bettran – Haskovo assumes the relevant part of the liabilities and assets, as well as other rights and obligations of Mars – Haskovo, on the balance sheet as of 30.11.1990.
In 1992 the state-owned company “Bettran” was transformed into a commercial company, it was registered in the Commercial Register at the Haskovo District Court under file no. No. 30/1992. In 1999 the company was set as private and at present it has 100% private equity.
„Bettran“ is a joint stock company, the company is managed by the general meeting of shareholders, board of directors, consisting of three people and is represented by executive director. Most of the largest infrastructure projects in the area are built with building materials made from „Bettran“ and it’s specialized equipment. Such projects are : highway „Maritza“, railway Plovdiv-Svilengrad, Haskovo and Dimitrovgrad WWTP, Technomarket „Europe“, Vegetable market „Maritza, Commercial complex „VEK 21“, hypermarket „Kaufland““, „gas-stations OMV, Eko-Elda, Shell and others.
